Last night Carey Price solidified the confidence of Canadiens’ fans with his performance, a performance that Guy Carbonneau & Bob Gainey have known would begin to happen from Price has he continues to gain experience.

Since the trade of Cristobal Huet a few weeks ago Price has gone 4-2 and he capped off that good beginning to his career as the Montreal Canadiens starting goalie with a 38 save shutout against the current undisputed best goalie in the world, Martin Brodeur.

With about a month left until the NHL playoffs begin the Canadiens’ are hoping Price can continue to improve and be ready to help the team with a long playoff run like he was able to do with their AHL affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs last season.
